The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.277 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 353, 332, 333, 338, 307, 354, 427 and 337 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accused persons including the petitioner are said to have assaulted the police personnel. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U
