2. This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the First Information report (for short 'FIR') of Naubatpur P.S. Case No.340 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act. The allegations in the FIR do attract ingredients of the offence alleged.

3. In that view of the matter, I do not find any merit in this
