2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant contempt application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 18.11.2024 in C.W.J.C. No. 11317 of 2024.
3. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that a show cause on behalf of the
Patna High Court MJC No.1097 of 2025(7) dt.22-08-2025 2/3 opposite parties no. 3 to 6 has been filed and thereafter a supplementary show cause was filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 6.

Learned State Counsel further submits that in the show cause at para 8 it has been specifically pleaded that 'it is relevant to mention here that deletion of Gairmazarua Malik and Gairmazarua Aam itself suggest that the land in question got the nature as Raiyati, there is no need of entry of 'Raiyati' in Register-2'. Learned State Counsel next submits that in the supplementary show cause at para 4 it has been pleaded that 'it is pertinent to mention here that a petition dated 21.06.2023 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner before the answering opposite party for correction of wrong entry in Register-2 and make entry as Raiyati in place of Gairmazarua Malik and Gairmazarua Aam in view of the order dated 18.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11317 of 2024. After receiving this aforesaid representation of the petitioner necessary corrections were made in Register-2 and nature of land mentioned in Register-2 corrected as Raiyati land in the light of Hon'ble Court order, online'. Learned State Counsel, thus, submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
5. After hearing the learned counsel appearing on
Patna High Court MJC No.1097 of 2025(7) dt.22-08-2025 3/3 behalf of the State and taking into consideration the stand taken in the show cause and the supplementary show cause, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further, as such, the contempt application is dropped.
