JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 The petitioner seeks a direction against withholding of the admission card of the petitioner for appearing in Class-X examination conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. A direction has been sought for commanding the Respondents to treat the petitioner fully eligible and competent to appear in examination, being student of Class-X, Creane Memorial High School, Gaya. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The writ application was filed in the year 1999. No order can be passed in such circumstance at this stage as regards the relief sought for in the present writ application.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
