2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of direction to the respondent no. 2 to disposal of the second appeal dated 21.06.2021 as Contained in annexure "4".

(ii) For issuance for the writ in the nature of mandamus to initiate appropriate proceeding against the respondent No. 5, who has not supplied the ration to the petitioner and taken ration of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5703 of 2023 dt.28-04-2023 2/2 petitioner by adopting illegal method since 2018 and 2022.

(iii) For issuance a direction to the respondents no. 4 to direct the respondent no. 5, to release the ration of the petitioner from 2018 to 2022.

(iv) To grant and other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is entitled to."

3. Short question for consideration is that petitioner's second appeal dated 21.06.2021 is pending consideration before respondent No. 2 - The District Magistrate-cum-Second Appellate Authority, Nawada, and it has not been decided. Therefore, second respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's second appeal within a reasonable period of time of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
