The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 21-1-2015 in Cr.Misc. No. 2920 of 2015, but the petitioners could not surrender in the court below within four weeks. The petitioners have filed this petition for extension of period of their surrender in the court below on the ground that the petitioners were working as labourer at Ludhiana, Punjab. The excuse does not appear to be reasonable. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant extension of the period of surrender by the petitioners. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below, and the court below shall consider the prayer for bail of the petitioners in accordance with law.
