The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 696C of 2014 arising out of Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014 registered under Sections 376,366A and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Earlier the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge till submission of charge sheet and on condition that if charge sheet is submitted against the petitioner then she was directed to surrender and pray for regular bail. Charge sheet submitted but after the order of Sessions Judge, no
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4139 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 material has come against the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 696C of 2014 arising out of Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 179 of 2014 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Prakash/- U T
