The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.487 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 & 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story, in brief, is that the accused persons named in the FIR including the petitioners lashed with arms intered into the house of the informant and started misbehaving with the women of the house and also abused them and thereafter the petitioners and other accused persons threatened the informant to kill him. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been alleged against the petitioners and the injuries caused to the informant is simple in nature, which is not on the vital part of the body. There is no criminal antecedent against the petitioners.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the parties as well as the allegation made against the petitioners, which is general and omnibus in nature, the petitioners are directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur, District Patna in connection with Maner P.S.Case No.487/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
