Leanred counsel for the petitioner admits that certain payment has been made whereas the learned counsel for the University makes statement that as per Para-10 and 12 of the show cause, the entire payment has been made to the petitioner including the remaining 60% amount as the statement has been made in Para-10 that the remaining payment would be made as and when funds would be made available by the State Government.

Patna High Court MJC No.4116 of 2014 (3) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 Keeping in view that the entire payment has been made, there is no question of further payment to be made to the petitioner. Accordingly, this contempt application is dropped. If the petitioner still feels aggrieved, he may take legal course in accordance with law.
