2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 1,86,007, a tab and a mobile have been looted from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2024 and he has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of the coaccused Rakesh Kumar.

5. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Purnia is directed to hold the T.I. Parade of all the accused persons of this case within 15 days from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
