JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner, allegedly, caused injury at the head which was, according to opinion of the Doctor, simple in nature. Submission is that there is no allegation of repetition of blow and the petitioner is a female.

Taking special consideration that the petitioner is a female, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
