JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of commission of sexual assault is against co-accused Khagesh Sharma. When the complaint was made to the petitioners, who are family members, they also committed abuse and assault.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty
