Petitioners seek bail in Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.279 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a)(b) (c), 38, 41 (a) (b) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that total 189 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the Honda City Car. These petitioners were sitting in the car.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 11.09.2018 having clean antecedents. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that other co-accused have already been granted regular bail by co-

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.279 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners.
