2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have caused gun shot injury to the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. As per F.I.R., the alleged occurrence took place on 09.11.2022, but F.I.R. has been lodged belatedly on 06.02.2023 without there being any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2023. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the delay in lodging F.I.R. and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
