====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against these petitioners is of killing the sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits allegation against the petitioners is general and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20876 of 2023(3) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 omnibus. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and are not concerned with the family affairs of the deceased. As a matter of fact, deceased was ill and was taken to the nearest hospital from where she was referred to another hospital for better treatment but she died on the way. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and the deceased died in an unnatural circumstances.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
