The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the alias name of the petitioner no. 2 namely Sanni Kumar is Sammi Kumar, hence the same be incorporated in the order dated 31.03.2022.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, it is directed that in the order dated 31.03.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 48127 of 2021, the name of the petitioner no. 2 be read as "Sanni Kumar @ Sammi Kumar".
