Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Basant Kumar Sahni from whose possession liquor was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
