The petitioner seeks bail in Arwal P.S. Case No.195 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b) a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation as per the F.I.R. is of recovery of one country made pistol and three live cartridges from the possession of the petitioner.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that having no criminal antecedent petitioner is in custody since16.07.2018.
Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, as I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner this application is disposed of with direction that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67740 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 once charge is framed against the petitioner or he completes six months in custody, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial court.
This application is disposed of.
