Having regard to the admitted position that the petitioner faces prosecution for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and such criminal case was filed in the year 2008, this Court will not be inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner who, despite being named accused in the First Information Report, has successfully absconded for a period of seven years.
That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Satendra Sah @ Lalo Sah is rejected but nothing said in this order shall come in the way of the petitioner if the petitioner surrenders and prays for a regular bail which shall be decided on its own merit without being prejudiced by anything
