2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant and her son with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

5. Considering the simple nature of injury and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his
