1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment made by the Respondent No. 05 and 06 over the Baskit Parcha land of the petitioner allotted in the name of the father of the petitioner namely Late Madhu Ram being landless person bearing Khata No. 199, Plot No. 784, area 14 decimals in the year 1975 vide

Patna High Court CWJC No.6913 of 2023(2) dt.06-11-2023 2/2 Baskit Parcha No. 04 of 1975-76."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
