JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is sufficient evidence to show that the deceased committed suicide. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail, the same would be disposed of preferably on the same day without prejudice. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) KHAN/- U T
