The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 03.02.2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara by which the learned Court took cognizance under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 68 of the Company Act, 1956 in connection with Tr. No. 58/2015 arising out of Bihiya P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioners after some arguments, submit that he may be given liberty to take up all the points at an appropriate stage before the concerned Court. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
