In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 454 of 2016 registered for offence under section 386 of the Indian Penal Code. Having considered the statement recorded by the Police and the connecting material, this Court at present does not feel inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after completion of nine months of jail-custody.
