Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)(A), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Informant has alleged that on a secret information that some criminals have assembled at the place of occurrence to commit some grave crime. He reached the place and nine criminals were apprehended and six managed to escape. Petitioner was also apprehended but nothing has been recovered from his possession.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68481 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018.
