Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 169 of 2018 (Special Case No. 8818 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38(1) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Amendment Act, 2016 Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 05 liters mahua wine from the bag of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2018.
