The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made very specific allegation against the petitioner that he enticed her minor daughter. It is submitted that the victim solemnized marriage with the petitioner and sworn affidavit to this effect. The victim is still living with the petitioner but the victim has not made statement before the court and it appears that the victim is minor. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
