The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kadwa (Balia Belone) P.S. Case No. 170/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he took the informant to a place for taking out makhana, but after some time the petitioner caught the informant and someone inflicted dagger blow.

It is submitted that the informant has concocted a story. The petitioner is not alleged to have given any dagger blow and he has no criminal antecedent.

Taking into consideration that the petitioner caught the informant and thereafter one of the companion of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42688 of 2015 (3) dt.04-01-2016 inflicted dagger blow to the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
