The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 591 of 2014 arising out of Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2010 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner opened fire from a close range, causing injury to the brother of the informant namely, Sikandar Yadav, who died on the spot, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
