In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016 registered for offence under sections 25 (1-B) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The Police received secret information that certain persons assembled in the house of petitioner no. 2 for illegal purposes and on that basis, the Police party raided there and on seeing Police party, the petitioners and 4-5 other accused persons fled away from there, but one accused person was caught. The Police party recovered huge amount of illegal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39256 of 2016 (3) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 arms in the house. The petitioners were arrested and huge quantity of arms and ammunition were recovered from the house of accused persons. Petitioners have criminal antecedent. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The court below is directed to complete the trial within nine months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order.
