JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banka Excise Complaint Case No.24 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. The accusation is of recovery of 222 Tetra Packs, each containing 180 ml., and 75 bottles, each containing 750 ml., Indian Made Foreign Liquor from the vehicle, which was being driven by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.03.2020.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.19738 of 2020(2) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Banka, in connection with Banka Excise Complaint Case No.24 of 2020.
