Petitioner claims himself to be the sharecropper of the lands in question, but from the order passed by the Collector under the Bihar Tenancy Act as also the appellate order, it is evident that he has not been able to establish his claim that he is the share-cropper of the lands in question. In the circumstances, it may not be possible for this Court to upset the concurrent findings recorded by the original as well as appellant authority. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
