1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents, to select the petitioner on the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (A N M) conducted by Staff Selection Commission having better Rank No. 7266 in comparison of One Anuradha Rani Rank No. 9339 and she has been selected.
(ii) For issuance of further writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing concerned respondents to look into this matter and the correct the merit list of passing candidates keeping in mind the genuine candidate and the rank number obtained by the candidate including this petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna has submitted by referring to paragraph no.7 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case that the petitioner has secured only 53.32 marks in the general category, whereas the cut off marks in the general category is 70.94 marks, hence she has not been selected. The aforesaid factual position is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, hence he submits that the present writ petition be disposed off.
3. Accordingly the present writ petition stands disposed off.
