One country made pistol and two cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 24.08.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Kaler P.S.Case No. 27 of 2016.
