This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jalalpur P.S. Case No.182 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

As per the F.I.R., three unknown persons stopped the motorcycle and on the gun point looted Rs.25,000/-, mobile phone, ATM Card and PAN Card from the informant. They also took the motorcycle of the informant. 4.

The looted motorcycle has been recovered from the accused persons. The petitioner no.1 is accused in seven more criminal cases and petitioner no.2 is also accused in six more criminal cases.

Considering the gravity of offence and also the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the petitioners privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
