The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 574/2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that she was married to the petitioner on 07.05.2015, but only after a month she was driven out from the house after snatching her belonging. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was never married with the complainant. During the course of enquiry, a report was called for from the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14054 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 vide annexure-2 reported that story of marriage is false and concocted.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that marriage of the petitioner with the complainant itself is disputed, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 574/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
