The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Ben P.S. Case no. 06 of 2017, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of cash of Rs. 50,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant and petitioner used to reside at Baitul, M.P. and she came along with her husband after hearing the news of death of the deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, deceased daughter of the informant died due to diarrhoea and on information, informant and his other family members also came there, but with ulterior motive this false case has

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
