The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No.146 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner was apprehended while carrying 240 litres of country made liquor in an auto rickshaw. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail for about four months.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in jail for about four months and he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19743 of 2020(2) dt.30-06-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge(Excise), Gaya in connection with Excise Case No.146 of 2020.
