2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "I. To pay the Medical leave of total 99 days for the period of 01.08.2023 to 07.11.2023 to the petitioner.

II. To pay the extra ordinary leave of total 128 days for the period of 8.11.2023 to 14.03.2024 which has not been paid to the petitioner despite

III. To pay the arrears of salary for the period of 01.07.2024 to 30.09.2024 the petitioner had worked as Labour Superintendent and for the said period salary has not been paid to the petitioner.

IV. To pay the retiral benefits as G.P.F., gratuity, Group Insurance, unutilized-cum-leave to the petitioner after his retirement.

V. To pay the said due amount with 18% interest on delay payment.

VI. To grant another relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed the present writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus as his benefits has not been considered in spite of the fact that the petitioner has filed the representation.

4. Learned Counsel for the State submits that time may be fixed in which period the representation of the petitioner shall be disposed off.

5. In the light of the submissions made that

It is directed to the petitioner that prepare a fresh representation raising all the claims which he has raised in the present writ petition by way of single representation before respondent No.2, the Labour Commissioner, Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within 30 days from today and respondent No.2, the Labour Commissioner, Labour Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, is hereby directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within 90 days thereafter.

6. It is made clear that at the time of consideration of the representation all admitted dues of the petitioner is hereby directed to be paid within the stipulated period.

7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed off.
