====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 123 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. No recovery of any incriminating articles has been made from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The police has arrested the petitioner and recorded his confessional statement.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
