Petitioner is accused in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016 registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 498A, 34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and 11/12 of the POCSO Act.
The allegation against the petitioners is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2016, having no criminal antecedent. Case No. 72 of 2016.
