JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic Act 1956 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Allegation against the petitioner and others is of indulging in prostitution and police raided the house of petitioner and arrested her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has been made accused in this case only on the basis of supicion. Further, she has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 14.08.2018 and is ready to abide by any condition imposed on her.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.68552 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. -I cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of her bail bonds.
