====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363,366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, allegation of kidnapping and sexual assault on informant's daughter aged about 13 years, is against co-accused Raj Kumar, Chandan Kumar and Subodh Kumar and petitioner at best may be said to be conspirator. Petitioner is lady and next door neighbour of the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner mentioned above be
