2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 112(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 10/11 of the Bihar Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.

3. One Mukesh impersonated the petitioner and appeared in the exam for recruitment of constable.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- XIIIth, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 26 of 2025.
