The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report relating to offence of robbery is against unknown criminals. His name transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.09.2016 though nothing was recovered from his possession nor the petitioner was put on T.I. parade.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
