JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2015 A supplementary show cause reply has been filed on behalf of Opposite party No.2 stating in paragraph 7 as follows:- "7. That it stated that as per direction passed by the Hon'ble Court the admissible amount has been calculated which amounts to Rs. 4,44,230.48 and Cheque No. 679718 dated 12.5.2015 of Rs. 4,44,230.48 has been prepared which is being handed over to the petitioner. This payment shall be subject to the outcome of the LPA No. 310 of 2015 which has been filed by the BELTRON." In view of the statement made in paragraph 7 of the supplementary show cause, in my opinion, the order of this Court dated 7.4.2014 passed in CWJC No. 2144 of 2008 stands substantially complied with.
