The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent authorities in not disposing of the representations filed by the petitioners on 20.7.2013 pursuant to the invitation of applications by the office order dated 9.7.2013 of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali in relation to grant of BA trained scale to the petitioners, which had been denied earlier whereas a large number of juniors to the petitioners had been granted the said scale.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Vaishali or the concerned competent authority to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioners dated 20.7.2013 within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
