JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018, dated 19.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the fact that the petitioner as well as the informant hail from the same Panchayat and earlier the petitioner as well as the informant had contested for the post of Mukhiya and the informant had become

Considering the nature of accusation and the background facts, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
