Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Only a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Co-accused Diwakar Das has been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 30994 of 2016 on 11.08.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
