2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that the petitioners did not complete the allotted work inspite of withdrawal of the whole estimated amount of Rs.14.30 lacs.

4. Referring to annexure 2, Letter No.8 dated 5.1.2023 issued by the Block Panchayat Raj Officer cum Executive Engineer, Chanan to the SHO, Chanan Police Station, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that work in question in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27971 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 Ward No.11 has been completed and remaining balance amount of the scheme has already been deposited in WIMC Account which is also reflected by the copy of the bank account. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Lakhisarai in Chanan Police Station Case No. 156 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
